  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India and select international destinations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We will notify you promptly if your delivery is affected.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
Gift Fiz is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing your orders securely. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us at shop@ptconsultancy.in within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

8. International Shipping
