At Gift Fiz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product we send out is carefully packed and quality-checked. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help you with returns and refunds in a fair and transparent way.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
If the returned product fails to meet these conditions, Gift Fiz reserves the right to deny the return or issue only a partial refund.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Because of the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following categories:

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shop@giftfiz.com with your order details and clear product images.
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
We strive to resolve such issues quickly and fairly to ensure your complete satisfaction.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at shop@giftfiz.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, share the return shipping details.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid transit damage.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or defective products.
If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, kindly reach out to us at shop@giftfiz.com within 48 hours of delivery.
